Lisa Lance, Founder and Principal

Lisa Lance is an award-winning communications leader and former Vice President of Marketing and Communications with more than 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, branding, and content development.

Throughout her career, she has developed and executed communications programs for a variety of organizations, from local nonprofits to global corporations:

Lisa is an experienced writer and editor. Her publications include The Lebanon Times, The Norwich Times, Baltimore City Paper, Baltimore Magazine, Engineering.com, BmoreArt, Sauce Magazine, Missouri Meetings and Events (MEET Missouri), The Baltimore Review, The Toast, 3Cents, and more. She has also provided creative direction for publications such as annual/impact reports, alumni magazines, and newsletters.

A lifelong learner, she earned an MBA from The University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, an MA in Writing from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Communications from Purdue University. She is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and served as 2025 President of the Yankee Chapter.

She is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer opportunities and nonprofit board leadership roles.
